Anonymous group known for hacking government sites and institutions has issued a 72-hour ultimatum to the Nigerian government to end Police brutality.

The message which was conveyed in a video released on social media, urged the leaders to reassure its citizens.

The altered voice in the video stated that the message was a warning and not a threat but if Nigerian authorities failed to adhere to their demands, the government should prepare to face the consequences.

Anonymous has launched several cyber attacks on government institutions, including an alleged shut down of Minneapolis Police Department website after the gruesome death of George Floyd.

The warning is coming on the heels of Jack Dorsey, Twitter CEO’s solicitation for bitcoin donation for #EndSARS, #EndSWAT protest.
