A presidential aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2019, Alhaji Mumaaki Unagha, has urged apex Igbo socio-cultural group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo to register as a political party and contest for elections instead of ceaselessly condemning the President Muhammadu Buhari-led APC administration.

Unagha stated this in a Monday statement made available to the media.

He decried the situation where Ohanaeze leaders see nothing good in the ruling party and the Federal Government.

Unagha stated that by its virulent attacks on the present administration, Ohanaeze has abandoned its core objectives and has started playing the role of an opposition party.

“Let me call or advise the leadership of the Igbo organisation to register with the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, as a political party to seek elective positions.

“They should not hide under any guise; they should be bold, free to do so,” he said.
