Fans of veteran American rapper, DMX can now relax after it emerged that he is now in a stable condition.
DMX (real name Earl Simmons) was hospitalised on Monday night after he was found without a pulse in a hotel in Yonkers, New York.
While the general story is that he had an asthma attack, multiple reports are saying otherwise with claims that the rapper went unconscious after an overdose of hard drugs.
DMX, who is also famous for his various run ins with the law, was found on the floor of the parking lot of Ramada Inn where he has been staying for about a week.
Reports further reveal that after CPR was performed on his lifeless body, he managed to get his pulse back.
The rapper is now recuperating in a hospital and is said to be in a stable condition.
