DJ Humility and other passengers have shown their dissatisfaction with the services of Arik Air, after their flight was delayed for almost 11 hours.
DJ Humility and other passengers waiting to fly with Arik Air from Kaduna to Lagos, were delayed from 2pm to almost 1am.
Unknown to some passengers, staff of the airline had actually started sneaking out of the airport without informing passengers that the flight had been cancelled.
They were stopped by the passengers, who were already frustrated, after waiting endlessly for a flight that never came.
Many of the passengers had taken to Social Media to vent their anger against an airline that is fast becoming notorious for arbitrary flight delays and abysmally poor services.
On his part, DJ Humility posted a video on Instagram in which he blasted Arik Air for the way they had treated him.
“Arik Air is seriously messed up!! We’ve been in the airport since 1pm, our flight was meant to takeoff by 2pm from Kaduna to Lagos…. This is almost 9pm we are still here and this crazy officials ain’t showing any concern leaving everyone stranded here.. They do dis cus dey always get away with it but tonight that shitss gonna stop!!!!! WE ARE HUMANS!!!” he wrote on Instagram.
Another post by him also goes;
“Now look at the time we are finally leaving the airport!! Its 12:52 am… This is crazy!!! Arik Air is shit!!!! They messed my business up today, lost alot..”
In the video, DJ Humility is seen at the airport obviously angry, with an Arik Air plane at the background.
“Finally we are just leaving Kaduna to Lagos, eh! Arik Air, this is crazy. For more than 11 hours, we are stranded; no food, no water, no shops, no ATM, nothing. This is rubbish! Arik, thank you very much”.
