Black Boxing Legend George Foreman Calls Trump a ‘Good President’

Boxing Legend George Foreman, popular for his famous ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ bout with Muhammad Ali, has hit against athletes such as Colin Kaepernick who have protested the National Anthem and Donald Trump.

Speaking on the Offended America Podcast, the former boxer said that such athletes were just attention seekers; “They haven’t been brought up with people who were patriotic,” he said. “A lot of people died so that they can have that privilege … Today, there’s nothing to sell about anyone. A lot of guys say, ‘Look, I got all this money but no one knows me.’”

George Foreman also had extremely nice words for Donald Trump calling him a good President. Donald Trump as it turns out helped Foreman get out of bankruptcy by promoting his fight against Evander Holyfield back in 1991.

“I’ll always be grateful for the entrepreneur Donald Trump — and now President Donald Trump,” Mr. Foreman said. “I’m sorry, you have to be careful now days. He’s a good president. A lot of people don’t like him, but evidently more do because he’s the president of the United States … I had little and hardly no hope at all. What a privilege. He promoted that show down there.”
