The dead body of 16-year-old Timehin Jinadu has been discovered in a fire that razed a house in Lekki, Lagos today.
“The body of a 16-year old Timehin was discovered at the bathroom roasted. It might be that the boy ran to the bathroom to escape from the fire but had nowhere to go to after that,” the Director, Lagos State Fire Service, Mr Razak Fadipe said in a chat with PM News.
The fire, which was said to have destroyed a duplex of four bedrooms at 35C, Ajiran Road, Agungi area of Lekki, was caused by a power surge, Fadipe stated.
