JUST IN: Ex-NIMASA Boss sentenced to Seven Years Imprisonment over N1.5bn fraud

A Lagos Federal High Court has sentenced Captain Ezekiel Bala Agaba, former Executive Director (ED), Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) to seven years imprisonment after he was found guilty of money laundering.

Investigations revealed Agaba in charge of Maritime, Safety and Shipping, had laundered N1,5billion during his tenure as Director of the Maritime Agency,
