Davido has fired back at popular music critic, Osagie Alonge, who accused him of buying views for his newly signed act, Mayorkun.
Mayorkun’s debut single, Eleko, which racked up a million views on YouTube after just ten days has sparked debates over whether or not the views were bought or not.
Osagie Alonge, in his accusation, mentioned that Ycee’s hit song, Jagaban, has hit only about 600 000 views,thus questioning the credibility of new boy Mayorkun’s YouTube Views.
He added that Davido was mounting unnecessary pressure on Mayorkun as his next single would have to surpass the performance of Eleko.
However, Davido, in a tweet, fired back at Alonge, telling him to keep his name out of his mouth.
