Another tragedy has struck the African football world as just two days after the death of midfielder Patrick Ekengdied during a Championship match in Romania, another death has been recorded.
The Cameroonian Football Federation on Sunday, May 8, announced the passing of Femina Stars of Ebolowa’s goalkeeper, Jeanine Christelle Djomnang.
The goalkeeper was reported to have collapsed during the warm up to a first division match against club de Louves Minproff.
She was said to have died a few minutes after the collapse.
