Canadian Diplomat Diagnosed with Mysterious Cuban Brain Disease

A Canadian diplomat has been diagnosed with a mysterious brain disease that was first noticed in 2016 among Canadian and US diplomats in Cuba.

According to a Canadian official who spoke on condition of anonymity said;
