Com. Bunmi Ojo – an APC Chieftain and P.A to the former Governor of Ekiti State, Engr. Segun Oni as well as the Current Commissioner, Federal character’s Commission – has been shot dead.
Ojo was assassinated during the premiere league opening match between Man Utd and Leicester city, at Dubai viewing center, Adebayo, Ado Ekiti.
It’s obvious a man of Ojo’s status preferred the viewing center, not because he couldn’t afford to watch the match at his personal residence or a more secured environment, but for the supposed joy and endless drama a typical viewing centre provides.
A witness who pleaded anonymity, said the vehicle which the assailants brought was parked in front of the viewing centre.
“They sped off after confirming that he had died,” a witness reported.
