The Chinese government has evacuated 325 of its citizens from Nigeria amid the coronavirus pandemic.
They were evacuated by an Air Peace flight that was scheduled to depart at 10:05 pm. The plane’s destination was Shanghai, China.
France, Canada, the UK, and the US are among the countries that have also evacuated their nationals from Nigeria since the pandemic began.
The Nigerian government has also evacuated some Nigerians from other countries back home.

The coronavirus pandemic which started in China in December 2019, had as at Thursday night infected 8,915 Nigerians with 259 deaths, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
Evacuate all of them… please, and repatriate all our own from your country.
