Justice Stephen Dalypop Pamel of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered the arrest of Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.
The judge on Wednesday issued a bench warrant against the INEC boss for failing to appear in court.
Justice Pamel held that the court would no longer tolerate the decision of the INEC Chairman to absent himself from the court.
