Details of Kanye West, Kim Kardashian’s divorce settlement

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have finally agreed on the terms of their divorce, averting a court trial that was scheduled to commence on December 14.

Terms of the settlement

A copy of the agreement obtained by the media showed that the rapper will pay $200,000 in monthly child support to Kardashian and they will share joint custody of the children.

The documents filed by their attorneys at Los Angeles superior court further showed that neither will pay the other spousal support.

Kanye West and Kardashian will also split the expenses for their kids’ private security and private school, including college.

Dating, marriage & children

The former couple began dating in 2012 and had their first child in 2013.

Kanye West, now known as Ye, proposed same year, and they got married in 24 May 2014 in a ceremony at a Renaissance-era fortress in Florence, Italy.

The two have four children, North West, Psalm West, Chicago West, Saint West, whose ages range from three to nine years old.

Separation & divorce

Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021, citing irreconcilable differences. A judge declared her legally single in March 2022.
