US President, Donald Trump abruptly ended a press conference on Monday after telling a reporter to Ask China after the CBS reporter asked him a question.

She challenged Trump as to why he views coronavirus testing as a global competition given that more than 80,000 US citizens have lost their lives to the pandemicever since its outbreak.

She said: “Why is this a global competition to you if every day Americans are still losing their lives and we are still seeing more cases every day?”

Trump didn’t seem to like the question as he gave a racist reply to the reporter.

Trump, replying Jiang said: “Well, they are losing their lives everywhere in the world. Maybe that is a question you should ask China. Don’t ask me. Ask China that question. When you ask China that question you may get a very unusual answer.”

The president then called on another reporter, Kaitlan Collins of CNN, but she paused as Jiang refused to give up the microphone, she replied Donald Trump saying: “Sir, why are you saying that to me, specifically?”

Trump replied: “I am not saying it specifically to anybody. I am saying it to anybody who would ask a nasty question like that.”

The CBS correspondent pointed out: “That is not a nasty question.”

Collins, finally gaining access to the microphone, tried to ask her own question, but Trump said he was now looking to someone else at the back, noting that she had lost her chance to ask a question by allowing Jiang to hold on to the microphone.

The whole situation went side ways when Trump turned his back and left the podium, abruptly ending the press briefing.
