Digital Satellite Television popularly known as DSTV has made all channels accessible to all viewers free of charge.
Although the reason for this charitable act is unknown, many subscribers allege the Cable TV was hacked by Anonymous group while others believe DSTV is experiencing a system upgrade, which explains why viewers can access all stations without active subscription
However, Nigerians have taken to Twitter to express their delight at the new development.

Dstv is not hacked, they are doing maintenance. Maintenance to tighten encryption, to tighten encryption, you have to ease up ,
A lot of complaints made them open all channels, it will be scrambled after maintenance
