Hope Uzodinma, Governor-elect of Imo state and Senator Rochas Okorocha who have been at loggerheads since the former supported his son-in-law in the last gubernatorial poll, have  reconciled.

The political feud began when Senator Rochas Okorocha,  former Imo state governor withdrew support from Uzodinma, throwing his weight behind his son-in-law Uche Nwosu, Action Alliance (AA) governorship candidate in the last March 2019 Imo gubernatorial poll.

Uzodinma had felt betrayed by Okorocha. This led to a political feud between the top Imo  politicians.

However, Hope Uzodinma was declared Governor in a verdict of the Supreme court on Tuesday,  Jan 14, 2020.
