Winners of the #FirstBankIssaVybe ticket giveaway got a special treat on Sunday watching ace actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde as Esumirin in Moremi The Musical.
The stage play directed by Bolanle Austen-Peters also starred Bimbo Manuel, Kunle Afolayan, Lala Akindoju, Femi Branch, Bambam from Big Brother Nigeria, and Tosin Adeyemi as Moremi.
The play was based on the life of Moremi, one of the famed heroines of Yorubaland who risked her life and sacrificed her only son to save Ile-Ife from marauders.
One of the winners, Princewill Pamo, expressing his love for stage plays, could not thank FirstBank enough for the opportunity.
“I’ve always be a fan of Nigerian theater and I’m so excited FirstBank was so gracious enough to give me a ticket (to the play); I really appreciate them,” he said.
