Former Model Accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of Drugging, Sexual Assault in 2003

A former model, Crystal McKinney, has filed a lawsuit against rapper and business mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2003. McKinney’s allegation, filed in a Manhattan federal district court, makes her the sixth person to accuse Diddy of sexual assault.

According to the lawsuit, McKinney met Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York, where he invited her to a space with other men drinking and smoking marijuana. She claims she was offered a joint laced with a substance that left her incapacitated, and Diddy pressured her to continue drinking and smoking. He then allegedly forced her into oral sex in the bathroom.

McKinney’s allegation follows a string of similar accusations against Diddy, including a settled lawsuit from his former partner Cassie, who accused him of rape, abuse, and human trafficking. Other women have also come forward with allegations of sexual assault, including a college student who claimed Diddy drugged and raped her in 1991, and a woman who alleged Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall raped her and a friend over 30 years ago.
