A fresh graduate of Abia state university, identified as Max, was stabbed to death by a security man attached to a lodge in the school environment.
Max, who had just celebrated his 25th birthday, on the day of the incident visited one of the many lodges in the school in order to settle some differences with some students living there.
His presence created a tense atmosphere which resulted into a heated argument.
The security man, noticing the commotion he was creating, asked him to leave the building to which he refused but rather engaged him in a fight.
The deceased, in anger, picked a rod and attacked the security man, tearing his stomach with the rod and his intestines gushed out.
The security man, in a bid to protect himself, dashed to his room with his bloody body, picked up his dagger and stabbed Max to death.
Max died on the spot but the security man was rushed to the hospital and is said to be receiving treatment.
