El-Rufai’s statement comes hours after Reno Omokri said he was questioned by police in London, United Kingdom, where he led a protest attempting to compel President Muhammadu Buhari to cut short his medical trip to the country.
He disclosed this in a Facebook post and shared a photo of a Metropolitan Police officer standing beside him.
Omokri, who was Special Assistant to President Jonathan on New Media, is based in the United States.
