Ayra Starr has revealed how she felt being in the same studio with the Afrobeats star, Wizkid.
The Rush crooner made this known in an interview on Kiss FM.
She revealed that it was for the recording of her verse on the single, 2 Sugar, where Wizkid featured her.
The video disclosed that despite her nervousness, the song was one of the fastest recordings Wizkid ever had to make in the studio.

She said: “I remember my heart was beating so fast in that session. I was like ‘ey, what if I don’t know how to sing’. You know sometimes you get to the studio and nothing is there”
On explaining the swiftness with which the single was recorded, Ayra Starr affirmed that “it was so quick. Cause I recorded a song before and he had like a whole song out already and he just wanted me to do the hook. I did the hook of that one and I started freestyling”
Ayra Starr’s feature on Wizkid’s album is one of the most enjoyed track off More Love, Less Ego.
