Hushpuppi has reacted to the dethronement of the former Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II.
Earlier on, Sanusi was dethroned and sent on exile by the Kano State Government who announced Aminu Ado Bayero as the new Emir of Kano.
The Kano State executive council under the chairmanship of His Excellency, the governor of Kano state, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje unanimously approved the immediate dethronement of the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II.
His removal was made after due consultation with the relevant stakeholders and in compliance with part 3 section 13 of the Kano State Emirate Law 2019 and other reasons stated above.

The removal was reached in order to safeguard the sanctity, culture, tradition, religion and prestige of the Kano Emirate built over thousand years.
While reacting to the news, Hushpuppi said: “I think this is the beginning of the end of Nigeria and it’s happening right before our eyes! Until that country is taken out of the hands of this old corrupt and manipulative politicians, there will be no hope for our children and their children. Actions needs to be taken so it doesn’t continue”
