Leicester City striker, Kelechi Iheanacho scored a penalty to help his side beat Manchester City and claim the Community Shield on Saturday.

Iheanaho scored the last-minute winner after he was brought down by Nathan Ake inside the penalty box.

The lone goal was enough to deny British-record signing, Jack Grealish the desired debut after he completed his £100 million switch to City from Aston Villa on Thursday.

The 25-year-old came on in the 65th minute for Sam Edozie and showed flashes of his brilliance on the ball.

However, that was not enough for Pep Guardiola’s side to lift the Community Shield, the curtain raiser for the 2021/2022 English Premier League season.

Despite Saturday’s result, the Citizens will be looking forward to replicating the superb form that saw them clinch the EPL and League Cup titles last season.
