Yoruba actress, Jumoke Odetola, recently took to social media to share her candid confessions on the challenges of achieving longevity and prosperity in Lagos, especially with the incessant traffic.
Jumoke recounted her recent experience in typical Lagos traffic, referring to it as “shege vs shege danbaza.” She explained how the day before, she had left work at 4 pm and didn’t get home until 2 am, spending over 10 hours in traffic. She lamented the lost time that could have been put into productive work or relaxation.
In addition, Jumoke talked about the traffic at the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, calling it “marking the attendance of wickedness.” She then revealed her plan to avoid the hectic traffic by sleeping at home instead.
