The Ooni of Ife, Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has lost his grandmother, Madam Comfort Faramobi Ajoke Olasoji Soji-Opa.
According to a palace statement, the revered monarch’s grandmother died aged 103 in her residence in Ile-Ife on Saturday night.
The statement signed by Director, Media & Public Affairs of the palace, Comrade Moses Olafare, said that Madam Soji-Opa born in 1907 to Chief & Mrs. Aina Akinyemi of the Ajigbayin Compound of Ile-Ife.
She is survived by many children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and is scheduled to be buried on Saturday, 13th June 2020 at her residence in Ile-Ife.
