American law enforcement agents have revealed the cause of depression leading to the death of Kate Spade.
This is following the discovery of a suicide note near the bed of the American designer.
According to the content of the suicide note that have since gone viral, Kate Spade, who was born Katherine Noel Brosnahan, slid into depression following her divorce from husband Andy Spade.
In the suicide note addressed to her daughter Frances Beatrix, Spade wrote: “Bea – I have always loved you. This is not your fault . Ask Daddy !”
Andy and Kate Spade got married in 1994.
She was the founder and former co-owner of the designer brand Kate Spade New York.
