There is a flurry mixed of reactions on social media as 22year old Idyl Diongoli emerged winner of The Voice Nigeria season 2
Nigerians believed Idyl is not an amazing performer and he is not better than others.
A twitter user wrote: When it came down to the top two finalists and we were left with Team Timi’s Idyl and Team Patoranking’s Ebube, we kind of already knew who we’d rather have as winner.

Another user claimed that people were bribed with airtime to vote Idyl as the winner: “In Bayelsa State we had voting centers where you walk in they give you air time to vote for Idyl so don’t be surprised #TheVoiceNigeria”
