Ayra Starr expressed deep gratitude for the journey she has traversed, acknowledging the immense blessings that have come her way. She revealed that six years ago, she would lend her voice in song to customers who visited her grandmother’s vegetable and fruit stand.
“I will forever be grateful for where I am in life. God really blessed me,” she wrote, reflecting on her progress. “6 years ago, this used to be me selling vegetables and fruits with my grandma, singing for whoever wanted to hear me. Now people are paying to watch me perform.”
Recalling her rise to stardom, Ayra Starr made a significant breakthrough in 2021 with the release of her debut self-titled extended play, featuring the chart-topping track ‘Away.’ This success followed her unveiling as a talented artist signed to Mavin Records, marking the beginning of a promising music career.
