The member of Ekiti State House of Assembly, representing Efon Constituency, Hon Afolabi Akanni, who was detained illegally by the Department of State Services (DSS) and even presumed dead at some point, arrived at Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti state and was given a hero’s welcome.
The Lawmaker who was admitted to a hospital in Abuja following a collapse has finally returned home.
A large crowd of people including, Stakeholders, supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Governor Ayodele Fayose converged at Fajuyi Park by 12 noon to give the embattled lawmaker a rousing welcome.
