Nigerian actor, director and politician, Desmond Elliot has kept his promise of serving the people of Surulere constituency.
He has further crowned his admirable service by purchasing tricycles for people in the community.
He has so far being faultless in his tenure and has warranted no form of complains or grumblings from the people living in the community.
