Seriake Dickson the Bayelsa State Governor has celebrated the first birthday of his quadruplets along with his wife Dr. Rachel on Sunday.
The 3 girls and a boy named Alaere, Ebierewarisuode, Edimere and Alexander were born in an American hospital on the 14th of January 2016 after him and his wife had been unable to get children for many years.
