The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a notorious cultist, armed robber and kidnapper, Abdul-Azeez Ibrahim, aka Butcher.
In an X post on Monday, Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi said that Ibrahim is the hitman and armourer for the Neo Black Movement of Africa, aka Black Axe, in Ijebu Ode of the state.
He said that the suspect was arrested at about 2:30am on January 27 in Ijebu Ode.
According to the police spokesman, Ibrahim is an extra year student of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
“The Ogun State Police Command will address the media on this case and many others as soon as possible,” Adejobi said.
