(Photos): Police arrest robber who forcefully removed lady’s wedding ring, put it in his mouth in Oshodi

The Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command has arrested two teenage armed robbers who robbed a woman in the Oshodi area of the state on Sunday.

The Commander of the Squad, DCP Tunji Disu, revealed this in a post on Twitter.

According to Disu, one of the robbers identified as Taofeek forcefully removed the wedding ring from his victim, inserted it in his mouth and bolted.

The other suspect identified as Toheeb removed her earrings.

Disu said that both suspects were handed over to the Makinde Police Division.

He wrote: “At Oshodi Oke, Taofeek and friends attacked 2 ladies, forcefully removed one of the ladies wedding ring and put it in his mouth and bolted, while Toheeb removed her ears rings, they have both been arrested and handed over to the Makinde Division.”
