These pretty female students recently graduated from University of Perpetual Help System, Philippines.
They were among the beneficiaries of a sponsorship from the Goodluck Jonathan administration and are among the new set of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP).
The NSDP was instituted so as to help with the problems of manpower in the maritime sector.
