In an eye-opening interview with media personality Toke Makinwa, Dorathy Bachor, the popular reality TV star and influencer known for her appearance on BBNaija season 5 ‘Lockdown’ edition, delved into her stance on infidelity in relationships and how she would respond if her partner were to cheat.
The 26-year-old entrepreneur, who has garnered a substantial following for her candid and unfiltered approach to life, did not mince words when discussing her views on loyalty and fidelity. Dorathy emphasized her deep-seated belief in loyalty, asserting that she is a staunch advocate for faithfulness in relationships.
However, Dorathy did not shy away from revealing her unorthodox approach to dealing with a partner’s infidelity. She boldly stated that if her partner were to be unfaithful to her, she would respond in kind by cheating on him.
In her own words, Dorathy explained her stance, saying, “I am more of a loyalist. I can be talking to multiple people but when I am with you, I am with you. I am always open, and I always want my partner to be open with me. Tell me everything. But, if you cheat on me, I will cheat back. You are mine, I am yours; nobody is going anywhere. We are in there together. But, don’t do things to me that you wouldn’t want me to do to you.”
Dorathy also shed light on her communication style within a relationship. She emphasized her need for reciprocity, stating, “If I call you and you don’t pick my call, I also would not pick when you call me. I am actually that bad because I have so much insecurity. I like being open. If you are not talking to me, who are you talking to? If I am going to date you or commit to you, you have to give me the same energy. It has to be full energy; you cannot give me half-baked.”
