Men of the Nigerian Police have arrested notorious ritualists who were found in possession of a fresh human head.
The men of the IGPP Special Tactical Squad made the arrest on Saturday, August, 26, 2017, at about 9pm, in Niger State.
The ritualists were arrested in possession of a fresh human head of one person identified to be Hassan Abubakar of Bakajeba Paiko L.G.A.
The nabbed suspects, Abdulrasheed Aminu, 22, of Lupa and Ismaila Mohammed, 27, of Makera, however confessed to the crime adding that they cut off the victim’s head using two sharpened knives.
The third member of the group identified as Ibrahim, is still on the run.
The victim’s father, Abubakar Shuaib, revealed that his son was last seen on Saturday when he took a kettle of water from the house to give to an unknown person who was waiting outside.
The father noted that since their son stepped out, they had not seen him until he was confirmed dead.
