Robbers Who Use Black Magic Arrested After Charms Fail

Five robbers have been arrested by the Katsina State police command for various crimes including armed robbery after their charms made to protect them failed to work.

The gang are known to make use of the charms for all sorts of protections.

CP Besen Gwana The State’s Commissioner of Police, who paraded the suspects said that several charms which were in possession of the robbers were recovered.

The suspects include: Usman Lawal alias Dawa, 30 years old Birnin Gwari, Umaru Audu alias Soja (30 years), Ibrahim Abubakar (37 years), Bashir Ahmadu (39 years old) and Gambo Musa alias Killer, 28 years old.

CP Gwana said: “The suspects were arrested at Sabuwa Local government Area of the state on the 6th January following a tip-off.

The suspects were arrested with 10 pieces of American Dollars of $100 denominations reasonably suspected to be counterfeit.

Others items recovered from the suspects include; one locally made pistol with 90 pieces of pellets and 4 cartridges and seven different types of GSM handsets suspected to be stolen ones.”

The suspects are to be arraigned in court immediately investigation is completed.
