Saraki’s Aide Allegedly Assaults Journalists Using Gun Butt

The senate president, Dr. Bukola Saraki’s aide was alleged to have attacked journalists at the Senate President’s appearance before the Federal Capital Territory High Court today, Monday 27 June, 2016 in company of his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu.

Pandemonium started when the Senate president’s aide allegedly attached journalists covering the venue with gun butt.

The aide was reported to have threatened to shoot photojournalists and television cameramen.

The security aide was reported to have rejected demands from the photo journalists and camera crews to take a cut away clip for their stories as he attacked them with his gun butt.
