Senator Ben Murray Bruce is really proving that common sense is not common, at least not in these climes. So one really has to consider Ben Bruce’s approach to solving national issues – the application of common sense – as taking a walk on the wild side.
As most of his colleagues are still dreaming of acquiring their sturdy, glitzy 2016 Toyota Land Cruisers, and sleek Mercedes Benz sedans, Mr. Bruce goes left and gets his Innoson G3 hand delivered by the manufacturer to his office, the National Assembly.
Isn’t it ironic that many continue to demonize the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) but it seems they always have the brightest ideas on how to move the country forward?
Let’s just hope all the other senators including the APC members can see eye to eye on this and patronize Made in Nigeria to grow the naira.
And we hope Ben Bruce gets the bullet proof version faster (Dr. Chukwuma will be delivering it in 90 days), as he definitely may have a presidential run to consider if he continues to apply this level of common sense.
And we all know how people hate to walk on the wild side.
