Reactions have trailed the killing of police sergeant identified as Yusuf Igoche by unknown gunmen along the Lagos-Benin Expressway.
Reacting to the incident, the police in Edo State have disclosed that they have began investigating the development.
The officers said whosoever involved in the killing of their colleague will soon be arrested and brought to the book.
The Herald earlier reported that the incident occurred at about 3pm around the Benin Bypass while Igoche with force number F/462248 was escorting the principal to Lagos.
