The Twitter community is currently in uproar over whether or not skitmaker, Shank, is funny. Shank, a graduate of electrical and electronics engineering, gained popularity on Twitter with his ‘hilarious’ skits, especially those featuring the character of Evangelist A.A Alao.

Despite his rise to fame, Nigerians criticized Shank’s craft, branding him as not funny. This led to the media personality stopping his content postings on Twitter. Shank now posts his skits on Instagram, where he continues to be a subject of intense debate about whether he is truly funny or not.

Many of Shank’s skits are funny, while some are offensive, often featuring sexual and derogatory societal norms. Some Nigerians believe that Shank is funny and that those who disagree are “not in their right sense of mind.” However, others believe that he is not funny and have called for his skits to be banned.
