Tinubu appoints new members for National Council on Privatisation

President Bola Tinubu has appointed four new members of the National Council on Privatisation (NCP).

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale disclosed this in a Thursday statement.

Ngelale said the new appointees would represent the private sector in the council.

He identified the new appointees as Oluwole Osin (South-West), Mohammed Mustapha Bintube (North-East), Olayiwola Yahaya (North-Central) and Akwa Effion Okon (South-South).

“The president charges the new members of the Council to bring the best of their private sector experience to bear in ensuring that Nigerians receive the greatest value and impact from investments that were made on their behalf,” the statement read in part.
