Tristan Thompson has filed a libel lawsuit against Kimberly Alexander for claiming he is the father of her child.

According to the lawsuit obtained by Page Six, Tristan Thompson noted that Alexander is “a wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her 15 minutes of fame that she recently fabricated a false claim that NBA star/Cleveland Cavaliers center/power forward Thompson is the father of her nearly five-year-old son.”

Tristan Thompson’s attorney, Marty Singer stated that although the DNA result revealed that Thompson is not the biological father of her child, Alexander has continued to publicly claim that Tristan is the father of her child.

The legal paper states that “Alexander has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child’s father and she has maliciously accused Thompson of being a deadbeat dad, ‘neglecting’ and failing to take financial responsibility for the child since birth, To quote Michael Jackson, the kid is not [his] son.”

As if that wasn’t enough, Alexander has also dragged Khloe Kardashian, who shares a child with Thompson, claiming that she helped him tamper with the DNA test results.

Thompson and Khloe Kardashian sent Alexander a cease and desist letter, which Alexander also posted to her social media account.

The lawsuit says Alexander also posted the DNA report onto her Instagram account, even though that document was supposed to remain confidential.
