Pelumi Nubi, a travel content creator based in the UK, has successfully driven from London to Lagos, Nigeria, conquering a challenging two-month journey. Nubi’s historic feat, covering thousands of kilometers across 17 countries, is believed to be the first solo completion of this route by a Black woman.
Nubi’s adventure aimed to inspire other female solo travelers and challenge stereotypes. Throughout her journey, she documented her experiences and the diverse landscapes she encountered, from bustling European cities to the vast expanse of West Africa.
This accomplishment adds to Nubi’s impressive travel resume, which already boasts visits to 80 countries across six continents. Congratulations to Pelumi Nubi on making history!
