Wizkid, Burna, and Davido bagged multiple awards last night at the 15th Headies awards.
Wizkid bagged four major awards. Made in Lagos (Deluxe Edition) won album of the year and Essence won song of the year, best collaboration and best RnB single.
Two years after the song’s release, it is amazing how Wizkid’s Essence is still topping charts and winning multiple awards.
Burna Boy also won two major awards, African artiste of the year and best male artiste.
Davido also won two awards, humanitarian award of the year and digital artiste of the year.
Other notable winners of last night’s award show were BNXN who finally won the next-rated award, Ayra Starr won the Headies viewer’s choice award, Fave won rookie of the year and Fireboy won the best afrobeats single.
