A Twitter influencer, Daniel Regha, has blasted Asake after it emerged that the rave-making artiste is charging N70,000 for a VIP ticket to his forthcoming December show.
Daniel Regha’s comment came after some Nigerians took to Twitter to lament that they might still be forced to stand to enjoy the show after purchasing the VIP ticket.
In a November 10 tweet, Asake said:

A fan of the artiste, @TheMahleek tweeted: “Asake abeg na play o, I’m not Loaded o 😭😭😭”
He added, “70k for VIP wey I go still stand? Na now I understand wetin Asake mean by “Prepare yourself” 😭😭”
The Herald can report that the YBNL artiste is topping the music charts with songs like “Organise”, which Vice President Yemi Osinbajo recently vibed to, “Joha”, “Bandana”, and “Terminator”.
Daniel Regha tweeted, “Asake charging N70k for his standing ticket isn’t the problem, u fans are.
“Y’all ¤verrate these artistes, especially the upcomers; On a real Nigerian artistes should be giving Nigerians a free concert every December, or at least charge very low as a way of thanking their fans.”
