Anambra Government React to Story of Soldiers Injecting Children With Monkey Pox In Schools

The Anambra Government has reacted to reports that the Nigerian Army is passing the dreadful Monkey pox virus to children in school.

The news caused widespread panic as parents rushed to school to pick up their kids. A statement released by the secretary to the state government, Solo Chukwulobelu, says the military officers were in some schools in Ozubulu in Ekwusigo local government area to carry out free medical outreach.

The Anambra government has asked the Army to stop the outreach program so as to calm people down.
