Copa del Rey holders Barcelona scored five goals against Celta Vigo to decide the round of 16 clash in blistering form.

Despite holding the Catalans 1-1 in the first leg in Vigo, the visitors were unable to withstand the firepower of the Lionel Messi-inspired Barça side.

Barcelona benefitted from a blossoming partnership between talismanic Messi and right back, Jordi Alba, with the Spaniard providing both assists for Messi’s two goals of the night and getting one assist from the Argentine in return.

Luis Suarez and Ivan Rakitic also found the back of the net in Camp Nou, with Rakitic benefiting from a corner kick assist from Ousmane Dembele.
