25-year-old Secondary School Graduate Becomes Argungu City Chairman

For the first time in this part of the world, a 25 year old female has been appointed as the care-giver chair taker of Argungu, Kebbi State.

The lady, Hindatu Umar, is a Secondary School Graduate.

She is the youngest and first female to hold such a position.

She resumed her duties on Thursday by paying a courtesy visit to the Emir of Argungun, Samaila Muhammadu Mera in his palace.

She was appointed by Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, Governor Kebbi State. This promotion happened after her tenure as Deputy Chairperson ended.
